2018-11-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702887摘要：過去企業談論創新，多僅著墨於如何幫股東創造價值，然而，如果能用創新的經營 模式來解決社會問題，也就是所謂的「社會創新」或可比傳統的社會企業創造更大 的社會價值。因此，「社會創新」不僅成為當前新商業趨勢，也是政府近年政策推 動的方向。 現今許多經濟活動以跨產業進行而非單一產業，並且廣泛涵蓋主要生產者、供應商 、企業、競爭者、客戶與其他利害關係人。許多創新經營模式即是鑲嵌於商業生態 系統之中。計畫合作廠商「全球定位」多年來所扎根的【行動村里】平台即是一種 商業生態系統。本計畫採用服務主導邏輯（service dominate logic)視角來理解其 生態發展的脈絡。同時，協助「全球定位」建立相關的閉環和分潤機制，以落實以 及規模化新零售驅動的『善意生態圈』。 依據商業生態系以及服務主導邏輯的相關文獻回顧，以及【行動村里】平台的經驗 ，本計畫將發展訪談大綱及觀察重點。本研究將採用個案研究法，結合即時現場觀 察(on site observation)與歷史回溯法 (retrospective narrative)，來降低資料蒐集與 分析方法的限制。歷史回溯法能提供機會辨識及創造的歷程全貌；而現場即時觀察 則可以讓研究員身歷其境，親身觀察創業當下發生的事件細節。此兩種個案的結合 可以增進個案研究的內部、外部和構面效度(Leonard-Barton, 1990)。 <br> Abstract: In the past, enterprise emphasized on how to create value for the shareholder in terms of innovation. However, if the innovative business model can be adapted to solve social issues, that is, social innovation can create more social value and benefit to the majority of the people. Hence, social innovation not only become a new business trend also the main issues which policymaker concerned about. Economic activities recently have focused on searching partnership outside company pipeline instead of single industry. The member organisms include producer, suppliers, corporate, competitors, consumer and other stakeholders. Innovative business model is embedded in business ecosystem. Our case company has devoted to community platform for many years and can be view as business ecosystem. Research adopt service dominate logic perspective to understand the context beyond. Meanwhile, we will create the profit sharing mechanism to our case company and bring out new retailing driven good will ecosystems. According to literature review in business ecosystem and service dominant logic and the experience from case company, the research will develop interview guide and key observation. We will use the approach of case study to combine on-site observation with retrospective narrative. Retrospective narrative retrospective studies offer the opportunity to identify patterns indicative of dynamic processes. On-site observation is the analyst personally goes to the site and discovers startup enterprise by recording.
