2017-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/686873摘要:隨著網路購物普及和跨國運輸業者增加,使全球逐漸興起跨境網路購物風潮。跨境電商公司利用其所建構之跨國購物網站累積客戶跨境運輸需求,將運輸服務售予終端消費者,跨境電商公司累積一定運輸需求後再向第三方物流商購買運輸服務,以期能夠達到更低之運輸成本賺取利潤。本研究即針對跨境電商運輸服務定價策略做研究。 本研究之目的包含了: (1)考量跨境電商可取得第三方物流商所提供之數量折扣及面對終端顧客不同效用下,建構一個跨境電商最佳運輸服務定價模型。 (2)進行數值分析,探討定價策略對跨境電商公司的利潤影響。 (3)對跨境電商提出運輸服務定價決策之建議。 本研究之範疇需時兩年,具體的工作項目如下: 第一年 (1)進行相關文獻探討與收集,瞭解現有跨境電子商務運輸服務模式 (2)蒐集並整理運輸服務定價模型的相關文獻 (3)訪談產業專家 (4)建構跨境電子商務運輸服務定價模型 第二年 (1)訪談國內跨境電商企業並收集相關資料做為研究對象 (2)進行模型求解 (3)進行數值分析與敏感度分析 (4)提出管理意涵 <br> Abstract: Through the prevalence of online shopping and the increase of cross-border logistics service providers, cross-border online shopping becomes popular. Cross-border E-commerce companies aggregate demand and buy the logistics service so that they can reduce the total cost and gain profit. As a result, this research is to study the pricing strategy of E-commerce company’s cross-border logistics. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1)Develop a pricing model of cross-border E-commerce logistics service. (2)Perform sensitivity analysis of different pricing policies on profits. (3)Provide suggestions to cross-border E-commerce companies to manage their logistics pricing strategy. This two-year project includes the following tasks: First year: (1) Conduct literature review to understand the status of cross-border E-commerce logistics service. (2) Conduct literature review in pricing model of logistics service. (3) Conduct first-cut interviews with industry professionals. (4)Build a pricing model of cross-border E-commerce logistics service. Second year: (1)Conduct in-depth interviews with industry professionals and collect secondary data. (2)Solve the pricing model. (3)Perform sensitivity analysis to understand how different pricing strategies influence the profits.
