2006-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684290摘要:本計畫擬就具外銷實績或潛力之聖誕紅、觀賞鳳梨、白鶴芋、美鐵芋等盆栽花卉的生長最適環境條件、栽培介質選用、肥培管理技術、儲運時期與溫度方面等技術加以開發研究,期能建立高品質盆栽花卉之現代化生產體系。本年度計畫主要工作項目如下: 比較不同摘心處理對聖誕紅植株分枝數、側芽發育、苞片數之影響,有助於田間栽培之管理。研究不同栽培介質及肥料濃度對聖誕紅植株生長變化,並瞭解不同肥料配方處理對植物體元素含量之影響,期改善栽培管理及生產的盆花品質。 比較溫度對擎天鳳梨植株營養生長之情形及葉片品質之影響,以供栽培管理參考。研究儲運溫度與時期、短期馴化溫度對擎天鳳梨儲運後品質之影響,以瞭解葉片內捲、葉片壞疽等不良症狀的發生機制。期能改善生產與儲運後品質。 探討營養液濃度和潮汐灌溉系統對白鶴芋生長與品質之影響,以供栽培管理參考。研究椰纖類介質與潮汐灌溉對綠巨人白鶴芋生長與品質的影響,以供介質選擇之參考。探討肥培管理對金錢樹生長及品質之影響,以供栽培管理參考。研究乙烯對觀葉植物儲後品質之影響,以瞭解葉片黃化及落葉等不良症狀發生機制。期能改善生產與儲運後品質。<br> Abstract: Poinsettia, Guzmania, and foliage plants have been the most important potted flowers in Taiwan which were exported for decades. However, the improvement of the production and postproduction quality remain needed. The objectives of this project are to study the effects of pinching, medium, and fertilizer management on the growth and quality of Poinsettia. The effects of growing temperature, acclimating temperature, and simulated transport temperature on the growth and post-production quality in Guzmania will be studied. A possible cause or mechanism for incurved and necrotic leaves will be investigated to improve the gowth and post-production quality.To improve the production of Spathiphyllum, the effects of the nutrition solution concentration and the ebb-and –flow system on growth and post-production quality will be determined.To have a better understanding how the nutrient management affects plant growth and post-production quality of Zamioculcas zamiifolia is also needed for the commercial production improvement.
