盧信嘉臺灣大學:電子工程學研究所黃健瑋Huang, Chien-WeiChien-WeiHuang2007-11-272018-07-102007-11-272018-07-102006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/57555本篇論文可以分成兩大部分,第一部分是應用於無線區域網路具有兩個傳輸零點的差動帶通濾波器。差動架構的射頻前端模組可以減少離散元件的使用(例如:balun),並且降低共模雜訊的干擾,此外兩個傳輸零點可以改善濾波器中止帶的頻率響應。第二部分是應用於三頻GSM手機的天線開關模組。此模組在接收模式時不消耗直流功率,所以特別適合使用在手持裝置。兩個電路都是採用低溫共燒陶瓷製程來實現。選擇此製程的原因是其有較低的正切損失以及多層結構可以使電路有較好的插入損失並且有利於差動電路的設計。There are two parts in this thesis. The first part is the design of differential bandpass filters with two transmission zeros for WLAN. The differential structure can reduce the discrete components, such as baluns, of the front end module. It can also improve the poor ground and suppress the common-mode interference. Besides, two zeros can increase the rejection of the stopband. The second part is the design of an antenna switch module for tri-band GSM handset. This module consumes no DC power in receiving mode, so it is especially suitable for handset application. Two circuits are implemented by LTCC process which is chosen for low loss and multi-layer structure.
