2016-03-192024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684196摘要：台灣為水患災害頻發之國家，每年自4月梅雨季節至8月颱風季節，鋒面與颱風所帶來的雨量，使低窪地區及濱海地區常有水患災情發生，再加上全球極端氣候的影響，使地方因強降雨所導致的災情日益嚴重。自民國99年起，水利署於全台高淹水潛勢地區成立「水患自主防災社區」，透過防災教育宣導與演練的方式，培養社區民眾「自救與互救」的能力，提升社區的災害耐韌性，降低社區面臨災害發生時的風險，計畫至今已成立330個水患自主防災社區。 「建立民間及企業參與水利防災制度之研究」透過蒐集國內外企業參與防救災之實例作為基礎，並舉辦公開說明會了解企業參與意願及參與方式，同時訪談地方政府與社區了解社區實際需求。 本計畫將建立「民間及企業參與水患自主防災社區公益關懷平臺」，將有參與意願之企業與社區相關資訊建置於平台，更有效的媒合企業與社區，使民間力量能協助水患社區進行防災，提升社區災害防救的能力。 關鍵詞：企業社會責任、水患自主防災社區、災害防救 <br> Abstract: Establishment of folk and enterprise participation in water disaster prevention system Abstract Taiwan is a flood disaster-prone country, the rainy season and typhoon season brought rainfall led to flooding in low-lying areas and coastal areas, coupled with the impact of extreme weather, so that the disaster caused by heavy rainfall is becoming increasingly serious. Through the project created "the social welfare platform for enterprises participating in water-induced disaster prevention", there will be build information of enterprise and community who has willingness in this project, more effective matchmaking business community, civil forces to help communities in flood prevention, to enhance the capacity of community-based disaster Prevention and Relief.
