2006-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679472摘要：本計畫第一年目標為 (1) 生物安全等級第二級加強型(P2 plus)核心實驗室之建立，由於人畜共通傳染病病原對人類具有病原性，因此不論對人畜共通傳染病的監測、診斷與預防之研究，都必須在相對應之生物安全等級的實驗室實施，因此初步需先建立生物安全等級第二級加強型(P2 plus)核心實驗室供相關教師與研究人員進行研究，(2) 提升人畜共通傳染病研究之質與量: 獸醫學範圍廣泛，在先進國家甚至國內的中興大學皆是以獸醫學院的規模來從事教學研究等任務，本校獸醫學系由於整體規模受到限制，各個獸醫學次領域的教師與研究人力十分缺乏，因此擬在本計畫中聘請專任助理六人， 協助相關教師提升針對禽流感等人畜共通傳染病的研究之質與量。 <br> Abstract: The objectives of the this year’s project are (1) to establish a P2 plus core laboratory and (2) improve the quantity and quality of the research on the zoonotic diseases. Since the zoonotic pathogens are pathogenic to human beings, all the research on the surveillance, diagnosis and prevention of the zoonotic diseases should be conducted in laboratory at a proper biosafety level corresponding to the zoonotic pathogens under studied. In addition, the research manpower in the Department of Veterinary Medicine in each field of the veterinary medicine is very limited comparing to the veterinary colleges in other countries and in the Chung-Sin University.
