To achieve this, the trends of restoration practices are first identified, with a focus on water, food, and energy sustainability. By doing so, baseline and historical analysis of restoration strategies are then presented. Next, contextual differences of stakeholders are explored to present their influences. The primary consideration is given to organizations with existing networks and collaboration with the target audience of those most likely to be impacted by the application of the action. Subsequently, a plan or blueprint is developed collaboratively with stakeholders in the project to take into account political and market forces in the form of visions, benefits, and agendas. Not only are the outputs and findings of this study useful in enhancing the core technology and practical application, but they also provide valuable knowledge and information to the city government to move forward to a similar target: a sustainable city.永續發展掩埋場復育權衡能源糧食。sustainabilitylandfillrestorationtrade-offswaterenergyfood.建構福德坑環保復育公園作為綠能環境教育示範場域之先期推動計畫
