張慶源2006-07-262018-06-282006-07-262018-06-282000-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/22043本研究針對添加不同種類之非貴重且對環境 無害之添加物下,探討其對油污泥熱裂解反應與產 物之影響。研究中所使用的添加物分為四大類,分 別是含鈣(CaO、Ca(OH)2、CaCl2 及CaCO3)、鋁(Al 粉、Al2O3、AlCl3)、鐵(Fe 粉、Fe2O3、FeSO4·7H2O、 FeCl3及Fe2(SO4)3·n H2O)及鈉(Na2CO3、NaCl 及NaOH) 之化合物。研究結果顯示在反應溫度控制在650 ~ 710 K 之間,上述添加物均會增進反應速率。其中 以NaOH、Fe2O3 、Fe2(SO4)3·nH2O、 CaCO3及Na2CO3 當添加物時,增進反應速率最為明顯。而在增進轉 化率方面,則以NaOH 、 Fe2(SO4)3·nH2O 、 CaCO3 、 Fe2O3 效果最好。在液體產率方面,以Na2CO3、Al、 Fe2(SO4)3·nH2O、Fe 所得之產量最多。The influences of using inexpensive and non-harmful additives on the pyrolysis of oil sludge are investigated in this study. The additives employed include four groups: 1) calcium compounds (CaO, Ca(OH)2, CaCl2 and CaCO3); 2) aluminum compounds (Al, Al2O3 and AlCl3); 3) iron compounds (Fe, Fe2O3, FeSO4·7H2O, FeCl3 and Fe2(SO4)3·n H2O ); 4) sodium compounds (Na2CO3, NaCl and NaOH). It appears that the above additives enhance the reaction rate when the temperatures are in the range of 650 ~ 710 K. Using the additives of NaOH, Fe2O3, Fe2 (SO4)3·nH2O, CaCO3 and Na2CO3, the increases of the reaction rate are most significant. In the increases of conversion, the additives of NaOH, Fe2(SO4)3· nH2O, CaCO3 and Fe2O3 provide the best offers.
