2014-10-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656721摘要:隨著國人飲食生活習慣的改變,大腸癌的盛行率在所有癌症的統計中,持續 維持最高,雖然在近年的預防與治療技術進步下,死亡率與存活率雖已獲得極大 的改善,但在對癒後與復發的患者研究中發現,特殊生物分子(biomarkers)的表 現與腫瘤周遭淋巴結組織的確認清除對於癒後的存活率有極大的相關性,本計晝 針對早期診斷客製化治療(early diagnosis for personalized therapy)與即位 淋巴組織診斷精確微創切除(in situ optical imaging of lymph nodes and precise minimal invasive surgery)兩大重點上,整合兩岸頂尖大學生醫光電 工程跨領域研究人員,針對上述之臨床現況問題,嘗試以創新的光電診斷治療方 法與技術進行互補整合,於大腸癌病人危險因子之區分,應用光電醫工先進技術 合併生物標記及病理化驗結果,期望給病人更好的診斷及治療策略,進而能改善 大腸癌患者的癒後及存活。計晝中將由台灣大學(林啟萬教授、李世光教授、 宋孔彬副教授)、台灣大學醫學院附設醫院(魏淑鈐副教授)-清華大學(廖洪恩 教授、王廣志教授)、北京大學(謝天宇教授)、煤炭總醫院(王洪武主治醫師、 王靜主治醫師)三所大學、兩所醫院共九位研究人員的共同參與,在雙方已有的 堅實基礎上共同組成此一計晝團隊,將光電技術應用於大腸癌早期診斷、復發轉 移、預後分析與臨床治療手術方式,具體任務與分工如下:課題1. SPR陣列晶片系統篩選與診斷(臺灣大學林啟萬、李世光)課題2.光學影像分析系統(臺灣大學宋孔彬)課題3.多功能内視鏡系統(北京大学謝天宇)課題4.微創導航系統、治療儀器開發(清華大學廖洪恩、王廣志)課題5.大腸癌及淋巴結組織的篩選、診斷與清除臨床應用(魏淑鈐、王洪武、王静)此計晝已著手進行臨床試驗之申請,並以三年期程進一步配合相關產業資源 共同投入研發,以順利銜接臨床試驗所需之原型晶片與系統製造生產。<br> Abstract: Due to changes of dietary patterns, the prevalence rate of the colorectal cancer is still the highest among top 10 cancers. Although recent progresses in both screening and therapeutic measures have contributed to the significant improvements in survival rate of this disease, the studies show that better classification by expressed biomarkers and clearer in-situ identification of invaded lymph nodes near by the tumor site can have significant correlation to the survival rate for the relapsed patients. We thus propose to focus on “early diagnosis for personalized therapy,’ and “in situ optical imaging of lymph nodes and precise minimal invasive surgery” using bio-optical approaches in this joined project and forming a cross-disciplinary team to work on the unmet needs of current approach in clinics. The complementary strengths of this team will work on the development of novel approaches of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for early diagnosis of biomarkers, in situ optical imaging of invaded lymph nodes for precise minimal invasive surgery to provide better treatment options for clinicians and thus to improve the survival rate of patients. Our nine team members from 5 institutes, including Prof. Chii-Wann LIN, Prof. Che-Kung LEE Assoc. Prof. Kung-Bin SUNG, from National Taiwan University, Assoc.
