2008-12-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679428摘要:由於社會的進步以及醫療技術的開發,人類的生活品質逐漸提高,而高齡化的社會也即將來 臨。對於中風、行動不便的老年人與病患,出門代步的工具必須符合舒適、安全、與輕便性。創 新手輪馬達的新發明具有高扭力、低轉速的特色,將輪椅的手扶圈與馬達轉子設計合而為一,可 保留原輪椅摺疊收藏的輕便性。這項創新手輪馬達電動輪椅已榮獲2007 國家新創獎、及2008 年 第三屆有庠科技發明獎,獲得社會肯定。 本子計畫目的在於達成手輪馬達與其驅動控制器的模組化,並與電源系統、輪椅車架整合形 成一款創新混合動力手輪馬達電動輪椅商品化雛型。本研究模組整合的預期目標有四,第一:完 成可簡易拆卸的手輪馬達模組及其驅動控制器模組,第二:完成以兼具手動與電動功能的手輪馬 達電動輪椅,第三:完成輕量化目標,使手輪馬達及其驅動控制器模組重量在12 公斤以內,輪椅總重量在40 公斤以內,第四:完成身心障礙者與年長行動不便者試乘與定性評估,期能達到兼顧科技發展創新應用與人文關懷的目標。 本創新技術手輪馬達首創於台灣大學輔具工程研究中心,此中心團隊包含工程、醫學、治療 師、心理師等教授與專業人員,在本計畫中將合作完成系統整合,並與身心障礙團體密切合作進 行臨床測試。因此本計畫不只是研發一台手輪馬達電動輪椅器材,而是基於醫學工程專業理論, 及醫護治療專業認證的根基,提出一款超越傳統的手輪馬達電動輪椅,提供市場與使用者一個新 的選擇。 <br> Abstract: Medical technology in the modern society brings such high quality of life that people may live longer than before. For those who need mobile facilities for transportation, the wheelchair must be safe, comfortable, and light in weight. Traditional powered wheelchairs are usually equipped with high speed motors with reduction gears or chains. These transmission mechanisms make the wheelchair heavy, bulky, and less efficient due to extra power loss from friction. The high-torque low-speed rim motor is such a novel design, combining the pushrim and rotor as one component of motor. Not only is the wheelchair driven directly by a pair of rim motors, but is also foldable. This novel device has received the award of 2007 national innovation prize and the award of the third innovation prize of President Yu-Shun Shu in 2008. The novel wheelchair with rim motors encompasses four modules: power unit, wheelchair frame, rim motor and its drive and controller. This project aims to develop and modularize two critical components, the rim motor and its drive and controller, through the corporation of two technology companies. This industry and academy joint project will achieve four objectives: 1) to accomplish a rim motor module of quick assembling and its drive and controller module; 2) the rim motor powered wheelchair is operable by hands when power is off; 3) the novel wheelchair must be less than 40kg, and its rim motors and their drive are less than 12kg; 4) to complete all the performance tests with the elderly and the disabled, for both objectives of technology development and human concern. This innovative wheelchair with rim motors has been developed in the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center of National Taiwan University, whose technological team consists of engineers, medical doctors, therapists, and psychologists, working closely with the group of disabled people. Therefore, this research and development project is not only for a device of wheelchair, but also based a sound foundation of biomedical engineering and the accreditation of medical and therapeutic expertise, to provide the manufactures and users an alternative choice.
