Multiple bovine serum albumin (BSA) structures of different concentrations were simultaneously achieved by selecting different pulse numbers in the designated regions with an appropriate femtosecond laser power within a few seconds. Intensity of the RB two-photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) is correlated to the concentration of the fabricated cross-linked BSA microstructure. Hence, the fabricated BSA microstructure can be monitored online by utilizing the RB TPEF as contrast agent. It suggests that this approach with its unique capability of high-speed, gray-level, and online-inspection fabrication meets the requirements of the biomedical researches involved in extracellular matrix. © Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.biomicrostructures; high throughput; microfabrication; multiphoton excitation; temporal focusingbiomicrostructures; Bovine serum albumins; Extracellular matrices; High throughput; Laser pulse control; Multiphoton excitation; Temporal focusing; Two-photon excited fluorescence; Focusing; Laser excitation; Microfabrication; Microstructure; Photons; Fabrication; bovine serum albumin; contrast medium; cross linking reagent; animal; article; cattle; chemistry; laser; methodology; microtechnology; photochemistry; photon; Bovinae; microtechnology; procedures; Animals; Cattle; Contrast Media; Cross-Linking Reagents; Lasers; Microtechnology; Photochemical Processes; Photons; Serum Albumin, Bovine; Animals; Cattle; Contrast Media; Cross-Linking Reagents; Lasers; Microtechnology; Photochemical Processes; Photons; Serum Albumin, BovineHigh-throughput fabrication of gray-level biomicrostructures via temporal focusing excitation and laser pulse controljournal article10.1117/1.JBO.18.7.0750042-s2.0-84892584116WOS:000323030400008https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84892584116&doi=10.1117%2f1.JBO.18.7.075004&partnerID=40&md5=b4ce9936b9704d0874da6d11c7ccf4d3
