生命教育研發育成中心之運作

2009-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679678摘要：1.1 中心成立背景大學者，大人之學也。然而，今之大學更像是高級職能培訓所，而非體現大人之學的學府。影響所及，學生忽略人生意義的探索，陷溺於各種慾望的桎梏，導致人生觀的空洞模糊與價值觀的膚淺扭曲。為此，國立臺灣大學經第二五三九次行政會議通過設置要點，於民國97年9月成立生命教育研發育成中心(以下簡稱本中心)，期能撥亂反正，重振大學精神。 1.2 中心目標與願景生命教育是全人教育的基礎，亦是終身學習的核心內涵。本中心期望臺灣大學能成為臺灣推動生命教育之總樞紐，亦即集生命教育學術研發、創新育成、教育推廣、社會實踐於一身之領先大學:一方面，在學術層次向深度與高度開展，另一方面，在教育層次朝全程化、一貫化與統整化努力；最後，在社會教育與社會實踐層次上，向寬度與廣度落實！ 1.3 中心五大策略藍圖 1.3.1 生命教育跨科際學術研究本中心期望凝聚一群有使命感並且學有專精的台大校內外專家學者，針對生命教育的各種議題，進行有次序、有步驟的跨科際對話，期孕育出多元豐富的觀點，來廣化並深化生命學問的內涵。 1.3.2 校內生命教育之推動本中心將針對校內教授、職工、學生等不同需求，研發各種不同形式的課程與研習活動，以期提供台大人生命教育的學習環境與身心靈的安頓。 1.3.3 各級學校生命教育之推動本中心除了將持續研發、規劃與執行高中生命教育之師資培育課程與教學資源，亦將推動大學、高職與國中小之生命教育，藉以全程化、一貫化與統整化各級學校的生命教育。 1.3.4 生命教育跨界合作本中心將透過與營利及非營利組織之跨界合作或策略聯盟，將生命教育的理念與實踐導入這些組織中，並將這些組織的資源導入生命教育的推動中，以創造生命教育與社會不同組織之間的多贏發展。 1.3.5 身心靈無障礙文化的倡導人的生命都有某些障礙，有些人表現在身心方面，大部分人則表現在靈性方面。本中心期望透過平面、廣播與電視等各種媒體管道，製播優質之生命教育節目，用以傳遞生命教育理念，倡導身心靈無障礙文化。 1.4 組織分工針對上述五大策略藍圖，本中心在行政上進行以下六組之分工，各組執掌說明如下： 1.4.1 學術研發組 1.4.1.1建構生命教育學術研究社群生命教育學術研究社群的建構，目的在於促進生命課題的跨科際對話，從而產生新的學術智慧。 1.4.1.2發展生命教育教學研究社群針對各級學校生命教育之需求、營利與非營利組織之生命教育、優質生命教育節目之製播，生命教育教學研究社群應研發適當之課程內容與教學方案，以轉化學術研究社群之研究成果為各領域生命教育之內涵。 1.4.1.3 辦理跨科際學術對話與交流活動負責辦理生命教育各類學術研討會，促進跨科際的學術交流與對話。 1.4.1.4 出版生命教育學術刋物負責規劃各種生命教育學術刋物，例如:專書、期刊、教科書等，用以提供生命教育研究、教學與成果的發表平台。 1.4.2 校內推動組 1.4.2.1建構臺大各級生命教育社群負責建構一個願意以生命教育為內涵的教學制度，在嚴謹的大學校園生命教育理論下，藉由跨領域的教師社群，把一套套堅實的理論基礎結合生命教育的理念傳達給校園內的學生。教師開設這些課程後，讓生命教育能夠完整施行的另一關鍵則是學生，因此，推動校園生命教育，不但要從教師社群做起，學生與職工在整個生命教育系統中的參與，也極為關鍵且必須。 1.4.2.2推動校內生命教育活動負責規劃校內生命教育講座，邀請大師或生命達人分享生命智慧，提供本校教職員生參與；辦理校內外生命教育之相關活動：如生命教育徵文、影音或體驗活動、電影欣賞週等。 1.4.3 學校教育組 1.4.3.1 辦理高中師資培育活動負責規劃並執行高中生命教育學科之師資培育。同時配合授課教師之專業職能提升的需要，開辦各種短期的培訓課程或研習活動。 1.4.3.2 推動國中小生命教育師資與家長培訓負責推廣並落實高中以外各級學校生命教育之師資培育。同時，也協助培訓中小學生命教育志工家長，以提升中小學生命教育之內涵。 1.4.4 跨界合作組企業需要生命教育，生命教育也需要企業及非營利組織的合作與認同，以匯聚不同組織的力量，共創雙贏，並推動社會不同層面的生命教育與社會實踐。 1.4.5 媒體平台組負責透過平面、廣播與電視等各種媒體管道，進行生命教育之行銷傳播。同時，透過與不同媒體合作製播優質之生命教育節目，傳遞生命教育理念，倡導身心靈無障礙文化。 1.4.6 行政公關組負責中心行政庶務的處理、會計核銷、公關行銷業務的拓展，以及網站維護與網路公關等工作。 1.5 中心97年度執行成果本中心自今年（2008年）9月2日通過設置要點成立以來，雖在資源侷限的情況下，仍勉力自籌完成下述活動。簡述如後: 1.5.1 2008生命教育國際學術研討會 2008生命教育國際學術研討會於11月28日至30日假國立臺灣科學教育館9樓國際會議廳舉行。本次會議共邀請3名國外學者參加，分別為Focolare`s School for Dialogue with Oriental Religions的Crescencia Gabijan教授、香港浸會大學的羅秉祥與江丕盛教授；與會人數約250人，共發表21篇論文，為生命教育學術資源交流的年度重大活動之一。 1.5.2 「找到自己活出精彩」生命教育電影週本中心於本年12月8日、12月15日、12月22日及12月29日四個禮拜一舉辦生命教育電影週活動。該活動除邀請中心主任孫效智擔任其中一場的賞析講者外，尚邀請清大動力機械工程系彭明輝教授、淡大中文系曾昭旭教授以及臺灣心理治療學會監事李開敏老師擔任另外三個場次的賞析講者。地點則選在可容納300人的第一學生活動中心大禮堂舉辦。 1.5.3 本中心揭牌典禮暨生命教育高峰論壇生命教育高峰論壇於12月14日在本校凝態物理館2樓國際會議廳舉行。該論壇共邀請五位學者與會：中心主任孫效智、臺灣大學包宗和副校長、陽明大學衛福所王增勇副教授、中央社黃肇松董事長與輔仁大學醫學院葉炳強教授暢談推動與延續生命教育的相關議題。同時段也舉行本中心揭牌典禮，校長與教務長以及本中心諮詢委員等人與會出席祝賀本中心的成立。 1.5.4 本中心整合行銷傳播成果本中心透過整合行銷傳的作法，成立至今計有平面及網路媒體報導18則，詳附錄；策劃製作宣傳影片置於youtube網站，以加強宣傳（網址：http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=A2Obk8Q0T0c、http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=I09xIHukd54）；建立中心部落格以增加宣傳與溝通（網址：http://www.lec.ntu.edu.tw）。就網頁蒐尋來看，以yahoo!奇摩關鍵字搜尋本中心，從設置初期至今(2008.12.15)共有76則（重複而在不同媒體發送之總量）本中心相關新聞。 1.6 中心98年度目標依據本中心五大策略藍圖，並衡量中心之資源條件，98年度將優先進行<br> Abstract: Backgrounds In order to call up the spirit of university and to inspire students to explore the meaning of life, Life Education Center, National Taiwan University (LEC, NTU) was founded in September 2008. Objectives Life education is not only the foundation of holistic education, but also the core of lifetime learning. NTU is expected to play a key role in the promotion of life education in Taiwan, exceeding in academic research and development, innovation and incubation, extension education, and social practice. Five strategies A. transdisciplinary academic research of life education B. on-campus promotion of life education C. promotion of life education at all level of schools D. transprofessional cooperation of life education E. promotion of body-mind-soul barrier-free culture Organization A.the section of academic research and development: aiming to assemble scholars and experts in different fields to have dialogue and to bring out multiple perspectives 1.construction of life education research community 2.development of life education instruction community 3.transdisciplinary dialogue and conference 4.life education publications B.the section of on-campus promotion: aiming to develop a variety of courses and training activities, suiting the needs of professors, students, and staff, in order to provide a learning environment for life education and the balance of body, mind, and soul 1.construction of life education community at NTU 2.promotion of on-campus life education activities C.the section of school education: in charge of the planning, development, and execution of life education teacher training for senior high school teachers as well as the promotion of life education at other universities, vocational schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools 1.planning and execution of teacher education for senior high school teachers 2.training for high school and elementary school teachers and parents D.the section of transprofessional cooperation: in charge of cooperation with enterprises and NGOs in order to promote life education and social practice at all levels of society E.the section of media and communication platform: in charge of the marketing and communication of life education through various media as well as the production of high-class programs, spreading out the concept of life education and promoting body-mind-soul barrier-free culture F.the section of administration and public relation: in charge of administrative affairs, accounting, public relations, and website maintenance. Achievements in 2008 A.2009 International Conference of Life Education From 28th Nov to 30th Nov, 2008 Three foreign scholars attended the conference and a total of 21 articles were presented, with about 250 participants. B.Life Education Movie Week: Finding yourself, leading a colorful life Every Monday from 8th Dec to 29th Dec, 2008 Four scholars and experts were invited to give movie reviews and lead relevant discussions C.Inauguration of LEC and Life Education Forum 14th Dec, 2008 The president, vice president, and the dean of academic affairs of NTU were all present in the inauguration of LEC.Five scholars were invited to give speeches on the promotion and extension of life education. D.Integrated Marketing Communication Through integrated marketing communication, there has been so far 18 news on LEC in print and internet media. In addition, promotion films were put on the website Youtube (http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=A2Obk8Q0T0c; http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=I09xIHukd54), and the blog of LEC was established to improve promotion and communication. Objectives in 2009 According to our strategy blueprint, in consideration of resource accessibility, LEC in 2009 will put hands on transdisciplinary academic research and development, on-campus promotion of life education, teacher education for senior high school teachers, and production of programs about body-mind-soul barrier-free culture.
