2009-02-272024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684265摘要:由喜樹枝葉中所萃取之高純度喜樹鹼,乃國內外各大藥廠合成抗癌藥物之重要原料,在產業鏈中扮演了原料供應者的角色,具有不可或缺的地位。本年度計畫則繼續針對研製之喜樹枝葉用採收機做細部的改良,此外,並將上一年度剛研製之後處理用乾燥裝置雛型機,進行基本乾燥試驗與改良,以便後續枝葉萃取喜樹鹼時達到最適效果,同時亦須增加喜樹枝葉的進料與排料機構,使其成為一完整的收穫後處理機械。本計畫若完成了適合的喜樹採收機械與收穫後處理設備以及找出最佳操作模式後,廠商極樂意擴大其栽植面積。由於目前已上市之喜樹鹼類抗癌藥物銷售金額以每年8%的成長率增加,預估喜樹鹼原料之需求更將會大幅度成長,喜樹的栽培面積自然也因而會增加,因此本研究預期可突破該產業發展的瓶頸,提供有效且關鍵性的助益。<br> Abstract: The purposes of this project are to develop a suitable harvest machine and a proper postharvest process for Camptothecin acuminate Decene (Happy Trees). In this year the harvest machine will be improved from the viewpoint of driver comfort and operation safety. In addition, the portotype of drying device for Camptothecin acuminate Decene will also be tested and improved in order to find the optimal conditions for operation. Furthermore, an input and an output facility for this drying device will be put together to form a complete set of postharvest process machine. Because the branches and leaves of the Camptothecin acuminate Decene have a high-degree purity of the Camptothecin which is an important source for medicines against many cancers nowadays.
