2002-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681033摘要:「知音」的原始出處是伯牙、鐘子期之間一段有關友情和音樂欣賞的感人故事。《荀子‧勸學》記載:「伯牙鼓琴,而六馬仰秣。」可見伯牙琴藝之高超。《呂氏春秋‧本味》記載:「伯牙鼓琴,鐘子期聽之。方鼓琴而志在太山,鐘子期曰:『善哉乎鼓琴!巍巍乎若太山。』少選之間,而志在流水。鐘子期曰:『善哉乎鼓琴!湯湯乎若流水。』鐘子期死,伯牙破琴絕弦,終身不復鼓琴,以為世無復為鼓琴者。」這個故事可謂盡善盡美,其中更有許多值得探索的美學內涵。 劉勰《文心雕龍‧知音》是目前有關「知音」研究的主要對象,其光芒幾乎完全掩蓋知音的原始故事。劉勰的「知音」概念是文學批評的概念,有客觀評價文學作品的傾向,與「知音」原始故事中強調友情及藝術欣賞中主客合一的「理解」已有距離,這和魏晉之後文學漸漸具有獨立意識的大潮流息息相關。 本計畫企圖填補目前有關「知音」研究的不足。知音概念是中國美學的基本理念之一,是中國美學的一大特色。從《論語》的「知人」、「知言」到孟子的「知人論世」到荀子的「為其人以處之」,先秦儒家對於如何在體會、體驗之中去「理解」一個對象已形成一套獨特的看法。「知音」故事雖屬於楚文化的遺產,但「知音」<br> Abstract: The project attempts to explore a Chinese traditional concept of “zhi-yin”知音, which can be traced back to a touching story about two friends in Chu楚. After Zhong Zi-qi鐘子期 who understands the deep message in Bo Ya’s伯牙 music died, Bo Ya ceased to play lute and broke it. This beautiful story has evoked sympathetic response from Chinese people for centuries, even in modern era it is sometimes selected in the textbooks of middle school. Liu Xie劉勰 is so understanding in using zhi yin知音to describe “an understanding critic”. In the chapter “Zhi Yin”知音, Liu Xie indicates the intrinsic difficulties in finding a zhi yin知音, “hardly once in a thousand years do we happen upon an understanding critic”逢其知音,千載其一乎. It is obvious that this vision can be traced back to its wellspring, Mencius’ zhi ren lun shi知人論世passage, although Liu Xie does not mention the name of Mencius. The major points of this project are: (1) zhi-yin知音 is an aesthectic transformation of Confucian concept of friendship, (2) zhi-yin知音 concept reflects a special Chinese type of “understanding” which emphasizes the deep correlation between the subject and object; and (3) zhi-yin知音 will become a productive source for the formation of a particular aesthetics which can be called “Confucian aesthetics of understanding.”知音儒家美學理解朋友經典詮釋zhi-yin Confucian aesthetics understanding friendship Confucian hermeneutics知音與朋友:儒家理解的美學的起源與形成
