謝國煌2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-292004-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/16306反應稀釋單體為具有丙烯酸基的單體,是改變紫外線硬化樹脂的性質,及降低其黏度之目的。胺脂-壓克力寡聚物是理想地結合了聚胺酯的高抗磨耗,韌度,撕裂強度,在低溫的性質,及聚丙烯酸的優越光學性。 本計劃所針對於即時定量複式PCR 檢測樣本載具之應用,合成的寡聚物是以胺基甲酸酯(urethane)與壓克力系(acrylate)單體所合成出,並探討紫外線硬化樹脂中寡聚物/稀釋用之單體的組成性質,更進一步分析其曝光硬化後基本性質,討論其應用於即時定量複式PCR 檢測樣本載具上之可行性。UV-curable polyurethane(PU)-acrylate are typically composed of reactive urethaneacrylate oligomers, reactive diluents, and photoinitiators. The reactive urethane-acrylate oligomers are prepared by reacting polyols with excess diisocyanates and end-capping with hydroxyalkyl acrylate or methacrylate. The reactive diluents are acrylate monomers which are added to modify the properties and to reduce the viscosity of the UV-curable resin. The urethane acrylate ideally combine the high abrasion resistance, toughness, tear strength, and good low temperature properties of PU with the superior optical properties of polyacrylates. UV-curable reactive urethane-acrylate oligomers for Multiplex Real Time PCR machine’s specimen vehicle will be synthesized in this study. The compositions of the oligomer/diluent on the properties of the UV-curable urethane-acrylate will be investigated.
