2011-02-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655074摘要:延續前期計畫之基礎,本期研究計畫提出此可攜式電學抗體感測器「e- V Sensor」(Figure. 1)之臨床試驗暨商品化量產計劃。e -V Sensor 已成功地小量組裝及製造生產。其設計上整合了完整之微機電製程、微流道控制系統、電子電路機構、人機軟體操作介面、系統結構設計、專一性抗體感測晶片以及模組化之數位交換量測系統。本研發團隊本世紀全球的創見新發明 e -V Sensor 最有價值的核心技術在於改變抗體分子(特別是免疫球蛋白G, IgG)的蛋白質非導體特性,使抗體由非導體(non-conductor)變成半導體抗體(semiconductive antibody)甚至導體抗體(conductive antibody),進而突破非導體抗原待測物在電學量測上之瓶頸,因此能夠以電學理論將系統微小化及降低成本。本發明 e -V Sensor 首先使用e- Ab Chip (Figure. 2)進行多重目標之抗原臨床測試,已經完成驗證全系統之性能與可靠度。接續於本計劃中,將同時於開發過程中建立其科技商業化模式與量產。並進行多功能臨床試驗,強大功能範圍含括機場各種感染疾病機動檢測、食品檢驗、環境監控、定點檢測。此外,本發明e -V Sensor 之系統設計透過增加適當的模組即可擴充功能與特性,併入筆電與影像電話裡,達到個人化醫療預防與照護體系高品質高效率之成果。<br> Abstract: In this project, the clinical trial, mass production and commercialization of a compact andportable system, electronic Antibody sensor (e- V Sensor), for personal usage and home careis presented. The e- V Sensor has been successfully fabricated and manufactured in smallquantity. The design of e- V Sensor incorporates a complete flow control system, awell-designed user controls, a multi-purpose sensing chip and a modular measuring systemwhich is fully digitalized. The system can be miniaturized and cost effective via electronicmetrology theorem by using a conductivity enhanced bio-linker and the incorporation of thekey features of semiconductive chip and affinity based antibody chip. In addition, this e- VSensor can also be applied for traditional enzymatic electrochemical measurement orflow-control experiment which expands the application field.The milestones of this project have been started with verifying the system’s performanceand reliability through the clinical tests including chronic diseases, cancers and infective virusdiseases for three main patient population. The second objective during the developingprocess of e- V Sensor is to build up its business operating strategies and relative patents andintellectual property. Furthermore, e- V Sensor can be applied for remote health service via itsmodular design features that system functionality can be extended by adding the suitablemodules.
