2014-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/704505摘要:擺線齒減速器(Cycloidal gear reducer, cycloidal drive)為一高減速比、高效率及高精度之減速機構,常用於各種工業之機器傳動上,如需要高扭矩、高精度的機器手臂。由於減速機內部元件間的接觸,如擺線齒輪盤與固定滾柱的接觸、擺線齒輪盤與輸出柱銷為多點接觸,因此在理論分析時,需帶有特定的假設,一般是各接觸力與對應的力臂長度成正比關係,才可以解出擺線齒的受力來。本研究除理論分析外,擬再以有限元素軟體來分析擺線齒減速器之多點受力的情形,發展出以FEM有限元素軟體分析擺線減速機的靜態受力情況時,FEM的建構流程,包括: 以ANSYS的參數化語言(APDL)建模、網格、邊界條件與受力設定、求解、及後處理。此一有限元素分析的結果將與理論值相互比較,以做為設計時力量分析之用。<br> Abstract: The cycloidal gear reducer is a compact, high-ratio, and low-backlash speed reduction device. It has been commonly used for motion and torque transmission in industry. Because there exit multiple contacts between the cycloidal disc and rollers meshing with the disc, and between disc and pins on the output plate, the theoretical force analysis has to make some assumption about the relations among the contact forces. Usually, it is assumed that the magnitude of the contact force is proportional to the length of moment arm which the moments are taken. This assumption makes the force equations solvable. In this proposal, in addition to the theoretical force analysis, a force analysis process using FEA software will be established. This process containing the module construction, meshing, boundary setting, solution techniques and preprocessing will be established using ANSYS Programming Design Language (APDL) to make the parameters setting more accurately.
