2014-07-242024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/670202摘要：台灣公共治理研究中心（簡稱：公治中心）成立於2008年，由當時行政院研究發展考核委員會(現已整併至國家發展委員會)委託臺灣大學政治學系管理運作。 公治中心的核心業務範疇為「議題研究與調查」，每年規劃至少4項公共治理相關議題之研究與調查，本年度針對國內人口變遷、產業轉型、勞動力結構、社會保障等發展現況及需要作為主要研究領域；以及配合委託單位之政策需要，規劃與執行「國際交流與接軌活動」，特別是在參與APEC經濟委員會（Economic Committee, EC）活動與MOU的洽簽。 此外，本中心尚建置臺灣公共治理指標系統，針對國內公共治理議題之發展，進行系統性調查。藉此，建立了臺灣公共治理指標資料庫，同時亦得以與世界主要國際組織所建立之公共治理指標進行對話。 藉由研究調查我國公共治理之重要議題與國內外公共治理發展趨勢，且持續進行臺灣公共治理指標之調查與深化我國參與APEC經濟委員會之相關工作，俾供政府政策規劃與決策之參考，向國內外分享台灣公共治理的研究成果，提升我國在國際社會之能見度。<br> Abstract: Taiwan Public Governance Research Center (TPGRC), which was established on January, 2008, is a long term project funded by the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission which was merged into the National Development Council. It is commissioned to the Political Science Department of National Taiwan University. Each year, TPGRC undertakes at least four projects researches on the topic of public governance. This year, we will execute projects researches on four major issues in Taiwan, including demographic transition—aging society, industry transition—the force from startup, the structure of labor market and social welfare. In addition, TPGRC also makes efforts in international participation. We promote connection and cooperation with international organizations and research institutes, enhancing national contribution towards international research on public governance issues, especially participation in APEC Economic Committee and assistance in MOU signing. Moreover, TPGRC develops indicator system on public governance with reference to surveys by international organizations, and carries out regular investigation in order to implement surveys on issues of public governance in Taiwan. Through all the researches and surveys on both domestic and international issues and trends of public governance and encouragement on international participation and interaction, TPGRC not only provides policy researches to the government but also shares theories and experiences of public governance in Taiwan to the world in order to raise the visibility around the world.公共治理政策研究研究調查國際參與Public GovernancePolicy ResearchResearch SurveyInternational Participation
