2006-04-202024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662724摘要：本計畫第一年研究特定魚苗最佳的大量標誌方法，再據此成果進行黑鯛魚苗標誌與放流工作。第二年度將與一個漁村社區合作，進行社區漁民及居民回收魚體的判斷訓練，請其協助該放流魚種的所有有標誌的與無標誌的漁獲物之收集和回報，藉此估計(1)時間別黑鯛CPUE、(2)放流魚苗再捕率、(3)放流魚苗殘存率、(4)該海域黑鯛族群量、及(5)評估黑鯛魚苗放流效益、(6)金目鱸魚苗大量標誌與放流工作完成，並藉此提供行政單位從事魚苗放流施政之科學性研究依據。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this project in first year is to investigate the optimal tagging and marking methods of mass fish juveniles for specific species. After that, the mass fish juveniles of black sea bream were marked and released. Some local fisherman and people were trained to recover and recapture the released fish. The purpose of this project in this year is to estimate the CPUE, recaptured rate, survival rate, and stock size of the released species.
