徐進鈺Jinn-Yuh, Hsu臺灣大學:地理環境資源學研究所凃乃文Tu, Nai-WenNai-WenTu2010-05-052018-06-282010-05-052018-06-282008U0001-2601200820594000http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/179653本研究以台灣新興產業-TFT-LCD產業的組織、部門關係探討為核心，賦予台灣產業地景-即地理空間鄰近的特徵，組織鄰近性之分析理路；分別定義TFT-LCD事業做為後進的科技製造業，跨部門與跨組織的協作類型，將之概念化以對應產業發展型態的論述。進而探索產業組織與部門間的技術與知識流動關鍵，以驗證跨組織與跨部門的互動模型乃深具經驗基礎，對新興的TFT-LCD產業產生實際助益；回應全球化趨同之潮流下，地方產業展現的區域特殊性，乃是黏著優勢產業並使之持續具競爭力的社會資產之一。This thesis focuses on the inter-organizational relationships of Taiwan’s new developing TFT-LCD industry, confirms the feature of geographical proximity with the organizational proximity on the industrial landscape. First, to response to the discourse of region’s industrial developmental patterns, the TFT-LCD industry may be defined as the cooperating types and ways of the relations between trans- or inter- sectors. Then proceeds with discovering the knowledge and technology flows within the TFT-LCD industry and even between the trans-sectors. This analysis demonstrates the interaction between new and old relationally industrial sectors which did promote the success of the new developing TFT-LCD industry.
