2011-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681903摘要:本研究主要包括三部分:在植物工廠經營管理方面,將根據植物工廠之特性包括:產能、市場需求、產品上架期間等建立植物工廠經營模式之分析架構;結合供給面之產品生產階段、生產成本(含固定成本與變動成本)、存貨成本資料,與需求面之市場需求、價格動態及通路等情況,再利用數量方法與經濟理論分析在不同市場環境下植物工廠之經營與獲利之情況。在消費者研究方面,研究重點包括:探討消費者蔬菜購買決策上主要之外部訊息來源與意見領袖;探討新鮮度、口感、價格、安全性與環保性對消費者植物工廠蔬菜購買決策之相對重要性;與探討消費者對植物工廠蔬菜購買行為上其利弊取捨機制,即探討消費者是否願意對蔬菜食用安全之利益進行口感、環境與金錢利益之折讓機制,其除有利未來包裝與傳播訊息之規劃外,亦有助未來傳播通路之選擇。另外,在分析環境衝擊方面,將利用生命週期評估法分析植物工廠能源、資源使用與二氧化碳的排放。<br> Abstract: The purposes of the study are three folds. First, an analytical framework for the management of plant factory will be established based upon the production capacity, market demand, and self life of products. Both demand side (demand, prices, marketing channel) and supply side information (production procedure, production cost, storage cost) are integrated in the study to lend good supports for economic assessment. The profitability and management for various type of plant factory will be examined by using mathematical programming. Consumer research will be conducted in the second part of the study: we are going to investigate the external information resources and opinion leaders for consumers’ vegetable purchase decision; the importance of freshness, taste, price, dietary safety, and eco-safety for consumers’ vegetable purchase decision; and the trade-off mechanism for the gains and losses among the values of taste, ecology and money in consumers’ vegetable purchase decision.
