2019-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657695摘要:生物分子表現純化系統是學研界與生技醫藥產業之研發基石,然而學研界、新創或中小型生技公司,普遍無法同步利用各種原核與真核系統來建置生物分子的表現系統,而且中下游的分離純化與製程發展之專業人才更是非常缺乏,影響了研發時程和產業的競爭力。因此本子計畫的目標為:建置技術領先之生物分子表現純化系統、擴大在生技製程發展領域之技術領先優勢、主動研發具生技醫藥產業市場價值之標的物的表現純化及製程發展系統、以及承接產學服務及技術移轉專案,並成為驅動成立新創研究服務公司或生技公司的發展基礎。<br> Abstract: The biomolecule expression and purification system is the cornerstone of the biotechnology research and development in the academia and biomedical industries. However, academic institutes, and the small and medium-sized biotechnology companies are generally unable to simultaneously use various prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems to construct biomolecular expression and purification systems. Moreover, the professionals who are good at bioprocess development are still insufficient to fit the industrial demand, which leads to longer product development time and reduced competitiveness in the industry. Therefore, the goal of the subproject is to establish a technology-leading biomolecule expression and purification laboratory, expand the technological leadership in the field of bioprocess development, and actively develop the target products with potential market value in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.
