2013-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659431摘要:選定民間鴨場實施RFID的模組化平飼蛋箱和集蛋系統的規劃及製作,建立示範點以做為未來養鴨產業推廣的模式。本計畫的產出,可以節省人力及工時達50%,即可降至使用前的二分之一。本計畫所開發的模組化蛋箱,應可減少床蛋的比例而在蛋箱內產蛋,再經集蛋帶自動收集,可提高產蛋的清潔度,而更符合消費者對產品衛生的要求。本計畫完成後對全國約3000戶的鴨農當可產生立即的示範作用,對國內的養鴨產業經營管理效率的提昇有立竿見影的作用。而由於對個別鴨隻資訊的掌握,在淘汰表現較差的鴨隻後,又可提高整體鴨場的生產效率,凡此皆對鴨農的收益有極大的幫助。由於本計畫包含RFID,此部份屬電子產業的範疇,因此國內的電子產業亦可因本計畫成果的發展,而可以直接受益,甚且可將國內的應用擴展的國外。其市場價值保守估計國內應有20億,國外則數倍於此。<br> Abstract: The RFID modulized laying cage and egg collecting system for the floorraised duck house will be planned and installed in a private farm, which will be used as the desomstration site for extension of the duck industry. The expected outcome include: 1. The developed system could save labor up to 50%, 2. the modulized laying cage could decrease the ratio of floor eggs, and the automatic egg collecting conveyor could improve the clearness of the eggs and meet the consumer hygienic demand, 3. this sytem will set up a good example for local duck industry, its funtion of screening those lower performance ducks could effectively lift the production efficiency, and 4. the RFID adopted in this system will be benefial to those related supply chain, the estimated domestic marketing value is 2 billion NTD, and much more foreign market could be expected.種禽無線射頻辨識系統平飼集蛋Poultry breederRadio Frequency IdentifacationFloor-raisedEgg collecting平飼鴨舍鴨群管理系統之開發
