2018-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684186摘要:聖誕紅在台灣主要於夏季扦插繁殖,然而台灣夏季溫度高,使得盆花品質下降。本研究利用膜熱穩定性、葉面溫度、葉綠素螢光等生理指標,希望能快速、準確的篩選出聖誕紅耐熱的品種。此外,針對不耐熱品種則利用藥劑(水楊酸、氯化鈣)、補充營養元素以及矮化劑等方式提升其耐熱性。本研究將探討不同處理方式對提升聖誕紅耐熱性的成效,並希冀有助解決農民生產聖誕紅盆花之困境,以確實達成生產高品質花卉之目的。<br> Abstract: Poinsettia is most propagated in summer in Taiwan; however, the high temperature in summer would result in quality declining. In this study, we usecell thermostability , chlorophyll fluorescence and leaf temperature to rapid and precisely select the heat tolerance varieties.
