2018-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679865摘要：大學教育乃促進國家現代化、提昇國家發展性與維持國家競爭力之基石。大學排名係透過多重客觀且質量並重之評鑑指標，將各大學的學術及研究表現予以評比，再以簡明的排名呈現各大學之間的綜合表現差異。大學排名的計算對各大學、教育主管機關乃至國家之辦學績效均具有重要意義。對各大學而言，大學排名有助其瞭解當前所處的學術地位、自身的研究成果及優劣勢，以供未來努力與加強之方向。對上位的教育主管機關而言，則可作為制定國家學術政策、分配學術資源、選擇支持方向及獎勵之指導依據。本計畫目標主要有三：（一）分析我國大學在六大世界大學排名系統不分領域近兩年排名結果，並與亞洲重要鄰國大學表現進行比較分析；（二）分析我國大學在五大世界大學排名系統領域及學門近兩年排名結果，並與亞洲重要鄰國大學表現進行比較分析；（三）分析我國大學在五大世界大學排名系統人文及社會科學領域排名結果，並與標竿學校表現進行比較分析。本計畫的預期效益是欲藉由分析我國大學學術能量與科研實力，作為我國高等教育相關政策推動之參考。<br> Abstract: University ranking is of great value to both universities and higher education authorities. By evaluating the academic and research performances of Universities, it may help clarifying the strengths and weaknesses of each universities and provide reference to relative policies, in addition to leading higher education to better future directions. Therefore, this research projects aims to (1) analyze the overall ranking results of universities in Taiwan over the years in six world university ranking systems, and then compare the academic research performances between Taiwan and other important countries in Asia; (2) analyze the field and subject ranking results of universities in Taiwan over the years in five world university ranking systems, and then compare the academic research performances between Taiwan and other important countries in Asia; and (3) analyze the ranking results of universities in Taiwan over the years in the field of humanity and social science in five world university ranking systems, and then compare that to the benchmark universities’ ranking. Through the analyses of academic research capacity of the domestic universities, this project intends to provide suggestions for the promotion of higher education policies in Taiwan.大學評鑑大學排名研究評估university evaluationuniversity rankingresearch evaluation
