2009-08-262024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662225摘要:相思樹 ( Acacia confusa ) 是臺灣重要之經濟樹種。至目前為止已有相當多篇的研究指出相思樹所含之黃酮類成分具有抗氧化及抗發炎活性。但就分子生物學的角度來看,這些參與相思樹黃酮類成分生合成相關酵素研究,則尚未有研究論文發表。因此本計畫即欲進行相思樹黃酮類生合成基因的選殖,利用基因庫cDNA library建構,匯集性狀表現基因,分析整體基因表現的情形。期望未來在代謝體學、轉殖技術及生物資訊學等配合下,尋找相思樹植物二次代謝物生合成有關之基因表現,除可建立其生合成之代謝途徑,亦可藉由無性繁殖大量生產有效成分,做為未來醫藥開發等研究時之重要參考資料。<br> Abstract: Acacia confusa is one of the most economically important native tree species grown in Taiwan. There are several papers dealing with the antioxidant and antiinflammation activities of flavonoids isolated from A. confusa. However, investigation of the importance of enzymes in the plant development has been hampered by a lack of information at a molecular level. Therefore, we will study on the biosynthesis regulation of flavonoids in A. confusa. In this proposed project, we will construct the cDNA libraries of A. confusa to collect the expression sequence tags (ESTs) and organize the whole gene expression. Coupling with metabolomics, transgenic technology and bioinformatics, we hope to explore the genes, which involved in the biosynthesis of biologically effective metabolites.
