鍾孝文臺灣大學:電機工程學研究所黃俊璟Huang, Chun-ChingChun-ChingHuang2007-11-262018-07-062007-11-262018-07-062004http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/53201目前缺血性骨壞死已經成為一種常見的疾病,而目前大家對於這個疾病的了解還不是很透徹,我們希望透過一些原本用於腦部微灌流的數學模型來分析缺血性骨壞死這個疾病對於寬關節及附近周圍骨頭的影響。在這個研究的前半部分,我們評估三種不同的數學模型:Tofts model、Brix mode和EMM,這三種數學模型均有其優點和限制,最後我們使用Brix model的三個參數來分析AVN病人的微灌流曲線,透過三個參數的分析我們可以發現AVN不光是在股骨頭造成影響,在femoral neck及IC均會造成影響。Avascular Necrosis is becoming a popular disease. We still do not understand this disease very clearly at present. At this research, we applied some mathematics models used on brain perfusion to analyze the disease of the Avascular Necrosis. We not only analyzed the perfusion in femoral head but also analyzed the region of perfusion near the femoral head such as femoral neck and inter-tronchanteric (IC) area. In the front part of this research we investigated the suitability of three models: Tofts model, Brix model and Empirical mathematic model. We finally choose the Brix model to quantitatively examine the perfusion parameters of AVN patients. The results indicated that AVN not only affects the femoral head but also affect femoral neck and IC.1.
