2012-07-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684978摘要:梅花鹿是台灣特有亞種,三、四百年前在台灣中低海拔的平原及丘陵處處可見,然由強大狩獵壓力及棲地破壞之影響,導致最後一頭梅花鹿於1969年絕跡,僅有台北市立圓山動物園、東海大學、民間鹿茸業者保有圈養族群。近年來,野生動物的復育受到世界各國的重視,聯合國之國際自然保育聯盟下的拯救動物小組,使得鹿種之復育成為大眾關切的焦點。1980年,金門縣畜試所率先自台北市立圓山動物園(現今台北市立木柵動物園)引進五頭梅花鹿進行隔離保育。1984年,行政院成立台灣梅花鹿復育研究小組。1986年,自台北市立動物園圓山舊址將梅花鹿群遷入墾丁國家公園社頂復育區復育,在多年的復育過程中,曾引入民間圈養鹿群。自2008年起,國立台灣大學動物科學系開始進行台灣與金門保育梅花鹿族群之遺傳結構研究,分析考古遺址出土及現生台灣梅花鹿樣本,這項研究證實金門縣畜產試驗所與墾丁國家公園社頂復育族群傭有與古代梅花鹿相同之粒線體DNA,此兩族群與台灣古代梅花鹿之母系遺傳具連續性,顯示金門畜產試驗所梅花鹿寶種族渠允墾丁國家公園社頂復育族群傭有相同種源代表性、重要性與保育價值。 由於梅花鹿已在野外絕跡,股擬由計畫執行單位分析金門保育台灣梅花鹿族群內個體之遺傳結構,以獲得金門梅花鹿與台灣梅花鹿之遺傳差異(分化),蹦建立金門保育台灣梅花鹿族群之族群遺傳管理策略,以保存台灣梅花鹿之品系及增進多樣性。<br> Abstract: Formosan sika deer (Cervus nippon taiouanus) is an endemic subspecies in wild of Taiwan. Because of their habitat destruction and suffered strong hunting pressure, the number of wild deer declined sharply and had disappeared in the wild field in 1969. Only some reared population remain in Yuanshan Zoo, Tunghai university and private farms. Recovery of wild life had been paid lots of attention recently. Species Survival Commission of IUCN organize a research team for the deer in danger in 1974. And the recovery of deer received public attention. Kinmen County Livestock Research Institute (KCLR) introduced five sika deer form Yuanshan Zoo in 1980 and began deer conservation first. Recovery program for conservation of Formosan sika deer has been executed in Kenting National Park (KNP) since 1984. The research done by the department of animal science and technology of National Taiwan university confirm the genetic characteristic of Formosan sika deer in KNP and KCLR have the same mitochondrial DNA wih ancient sika deer. As the result, the deer in Kinmen County Livestock Research Institute are also important in genetic structure and worth for conservation.
