2016-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662951摘要:馬鈴薯瘡痂病為一嚴重之植物細菌性病害,每年在台灣造成多數馬鈴薯種植農民的嚴重損失。為解決此問題,本計畫第一年已分離數株拮抗微生物以作為生物防治用,並開發可能的化學及肥料防治法。計畫之第二年將利用影像質譜儀分析數種拮抗微生物之抗生物質,除應用生物防治外,亦可探討抗生物質做為化學防治之目的。另實驗室在偶然機會下,發現抗真菌農藥得克利亦對瘡痂細菌具抑制作用,另會評估得克利對馬鈴薯瘡痂病之溫室防治效果。105年度將會著手進行拮抗微生物對抗瘡痂病菌的田間試驗,預期能找到適合的生物防治菌株。<br> Abstract: Potato scab caused by bacterial Streptomyces scabies is a severe plant disease and results in significant yield-loss in Taiwan. To solve this issue, our first-year project has isolated several biological control microorganisms and tried to develop potential chemical or fertilizer control methods. For our second-year project, we propose to analyze the antimicrobial compounds secreted from biological control agents, and from which we plan to develop chemical therapeutic strategy. In addition, we surprisingly found that tebuconazole, a traditional fungicide, can inhibit S. scabies, and plan to test its therapeutic efficacy through pot assays.
