2004-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/706746摘要:空氣污染在許多工業化及都市化地區有日益嚴重趨勢,植物的抗氧化酵素活性常被用為顯示空氣污染之指標,許多研究空氣污染發現會造成植物抗氧化酵素活性昇高的現象。另外也有報告建議利用植物發育不穩定性可做為偵測或監測受空氣污染之敏感工具。所謂發育不穩定性是指生物在發育成長時受其本身內在遺傳因素及外在環境壓力之影響,若該生物無法抵抗其內在遺傳或外在環境壓力以維持其本身的衡定,將可能在其形態或生理功能上會產生偏離其正常發育情形。本研究將檢驗台灣北部兩座火力發電廠對生長在附近的榕樹葉片過氧化酵素活性及發育不穩定性之影響,比較在不同距離範圍的榕樹葉片的抗氧化酵素活性及葉片發育不穩定性對火力發電廠空氣污染之敏感度。<br> Abstract: Urban and industrial air pollution are major and growing environmental problems in many parts of world. Plant antioxidant enzyme activity can be used as biomonitors for air pollution. It was suggested that air pollution caused higher antioxidant enzyme activity in plants. In addition, a developmental instability approach has been suggested as a sensitive and early warning biomarker of air pollution. Developmental instability refers to an individual’s inability to overcome genetic and/or environmental stress in order to maintain its homeostasis, and may caused a deviation from perfect bilateral symmetry of morphological trait or physiological process. In this study, we will chose two coal-fueled power plants as study sites. Fig (Ficus microcarpa) living around these two coal-fueled power plants will be sampled from different distances of locations.
