2020-04-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664628摘要：青蔥(Allium fistulosum L.)為台灣主要栽種園藝作物，其為台灣飲食文化中不可或缺的佳餚佐料。相較於其他作物，栽種青蔥之農友相當重視蔥葉部的病蟲害管理，以避免直接影響到蔥品質的好壞。尤其宜蘭三星蔥更因其品質特別優良，而享有高知名度及市場價值。青蔥上雖常見許多真菌性葉部病害，但目前在國內相關文獻仍較為缺乏，而可能成為田間防治技術缺口；以近年冬季發生之三星蔥病害為例，農友施藥後發現防治成效不彰，轉而施用更多非必要之化學藥劑，或自行調整農藥稀釋倍數來解決病害問題，然而，仍面臨無法有效防治之窘境。經本研究室及花蓮區農業改良場研發團隊進行採樣鑑定，係農友將田間病原菌誤判為蔥紫斑病所導致。因此，本計畫將設法解決青蔥作物上病害精確防治及農藥施用過多之問題，以達到合理用藥及農藥減量之目的。本計畫整體目標預計完成（i）鑑定四季蔥葉部病害之病原菌。（ii）研究病害生態、流行病學與其病害發展進程（iii）篩選正確有效之用藥及研擬新防治技術。相信對於未來青蔥病害管理上推行農藥減量措施將有相當大之助益，以利青蔥產業永續發展。<br> Abstract: Welsh onion, (Allium fistulosum L.) is one of the important and oldest vegetable crops grown in Taiwan and it is used as a vegetable, salad and spice in daily Taiwan`s cuisine. Comparing to other crop growers, Welsh onion planters are concern more on leaf diseases. Sanxing, Yilan is one of the major Welsh onion growing areas in Taiwan. Sanxing`s Welsh onion get a high market value to compare with the other Welsh onion grow in different parts of the country, because of its unique weather pattern and distinctive Welsh onion variety grow only on Sanxing area. The fungal diseases of Welsh onion spread rapidly, significantly affect the quality, and yield when harvest time rolls around. However, research related to these fungal diseases linked with Welsh onion in Taiwan is limited. Additionally, management decisions were often adversely affected by poor disease diagnosis. Our laboratory team and Hualien District Agricultural Research and Extension Station found that misdiagnosis of leaf blight disease pathogen makes a problem for disease management in Sanxing area. A new approach was needed to provide adequate disease control while effectively reducing the chemical load on the environment. Therefore the objective of this study will set as follow: i. identify the causal agent(s) of commonly observed symptoms of Welsh onion ii. Understanding pathogen(s) epidemiology ii. Evaluate in vitro fungicides sensitivity and to find out the best fungicides to control fungal foliar diseases.
