2011-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680907摘要:由於高齡少子化趨勢,醫療照護之需求轉為治療與照護並重,而慢性病管理的需求亦益受重視。健康照護產業不僅被我國列為重點發展產業,同時也是民眾眾所期待的福祉。本研究分析並設計遠距照護醫療服務創新的營運模式,探討此營運模式中個案管理師之角色。另一方面,本研究亦將結合雲端運算,探索遠距照護服務進行創新垂直整合與水平整合之學術理論與實務,針對各式整合過程中,遠距照護服務顧問產業之創新發展,進行管理學研究。本研究擬採用服務創新模式、績效評估、及系統動態學等研究方法,期能提供我國醫療產業發展創新服務時之重要建議與參考。<br> Abstract: Aging population in Taiwan increases the household financial burden from medical expense and expands the scope of needs for healthcare service. To cope with these trends, long-term treatments for chronic patients and preventive practice for healthcare management are two promising directions. Healthcare service is one of the six emerging industries set by the government, and with solid support from ICT R&D capability and application creativity, many medical centers are developing innovative services in tele- healthcare and health management. This research project aims to develop business model for tele-health and to investigate of role of case-managers in this innovative healthcare service. On the other hand, cloud computing is to be considered in this research project to study the potential of developing vertical and horizontal integrations. Both theoretical frameworks and practical implementation guidelines are to be explored. Research methods from service innovation models, performance evaluation, and system dynamics are employed.
