2005-04-072024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661871摘要:本計畫擬評估相思花的抗氧化活性及分析具抗氧化活性之成分。試驗方法採各種抗氧化活性試驗,包括無定型自由基與超氧自由基捕捉試驗、脂質過氧化試驗、氫氧自由基引發DNA破壞試驗等,並配合總酚類含量之測定,篩選相思樹中可能具抗氧化(或癌症化學預防)活性之成分,以便開發成保健產品,如此將有助於提高相思樹加工利用之價值,並擴展其應用領域,為台灣相思樹的利用帶來新的契機。<br> Abstract: In the study, analysis and health care application of antioxidative constituents of Acacia confuse flower extract will be carried out. The antioxidant activities are evaluated using a variety of in vitro and ex vivo systems, including DPPH free radical and superoxide radical scavenging assays, lipid peroxidation assay, hydroxyl radical-induced DNA strand scission assay. The accomplishment of this project would help determine the antioxidant components in the flower extracts of A. confusa.
