2007-08-292024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651922摘要:賜諾殺為目前防治東方果實蠅的有效藥劑,然賜諾殺之使用易受環境因素影響,且已有不少抗藥性之報導;因此,本計畫擬監測宜蘭果實蠅低密度流行區之東方果實蠅對賜諾殺之抗性及機制;此外,也擬探討賜諾殺在多雨潮濕的宜蘭地區之殘效性,建立宜蘭地區東方果實蠅對賜諾殺抗性之資訊,以作為訂定用藥策略之釐定,以避免果實蠅對賜諾殺抗性之發生,並維持宜蘭為果實蠅低密度流行區之優勢,作為未來其他地區擬定共同防治決策之參考。<br> Abstract: Spinosad have been shown as an effective insecticide for fruit fly control, however, significant levels of resistance to spinosad have been reported. The aim of this studies is to monitor the sensitivity of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) (Diptera: Tephritidae) to spinosad. Moreover, the residual of spinosad will be also monitored and assessed in I-Lan county, where is an low endemic area of oriental friut fly.
