2014-04-152024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662422摘要:全球番木瓜出口貿易約為28萬公噸,台灣101年生產量為13.3萬公噸,是我國具外銷潛力之種子品項,惟其種子貯性屬中間型(intermediate seeds)且具休眠性,於種子外銷及貯運過程中會有活力下降問題,其休眠性與打破休眠之機制尚待釐清。而國際種子檢查協會(ISTA)對於熱帶、亞熱帶地區的種子特性較不熟悉,目前尚未確立番木瓜種子水分測定、發芽、潔淨度、活力、健康檢查等國際種子檢查標準,故亟需探討番木瓜之乾燥忍受程度,確立番木瓜種子儲型,進一步建立番木瓜種子最佳儲藏模式。<br> Abstract: The global trade of papaya seeds are about 280,000 tons and the production in Taiwan was 133,000 tons in 2012, which revealed the importance of papaya seed production in Taiwan. Therefore, the maintenance of seed viability and vigor during the storage and transportation cannot be more important. Since papaya are tropical crop and the seeds belong to intermediate seeds, the storage condition and dormancy breaking method were less focused in the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA).
