Besides preharvesting prevention, hot-water treatment is an important postharvest technology for alleviating anthracnose decay of mango. In this proposal, various conditions used for hot water treatment, namely water temperature and incubation time, will be examined and improved to increase their efficacy in anthracnose disinfection, as well as to decrease heat damage possibility on mango fruit per se.檬果栽培與採後處理技術改進-檬果溫湯處理對炭疽病防治技術之研究
