2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651958本計畫擬以低碳農法栽培水稻和旱作輪作之耕作模式下,評析土壤有機質分解及轉變、土壤碳氮排放種類和排放量、作物地上部和地下部之碳匯作用,以及土壤微生物活性對於土壤碳匯及甲烷和氧化亞氮排放之動態關係,同時探討不同栽培管理模式下溫室氣體排放、作物生長、土壤微生物菌相和土壤碳收支之交互關係,以評估低碳農法對於提升土壤碳匯穩定性之效益,估算達到農業部門溫室氣體淨零排放時程。 This study will evaluate the decomposition and transformation of soil organic matter, emission of soil gas containing carbon and nitrogen, and carbon sink of crop including shoot and root. Additionally, soil microbial structure will be investigated for the dynamics of methane and nitrous oxide emission. The interactions among cropping system will be demonstrated to support the budget of soil carbon.
