2011-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656831摘要：愛滋病毒感染者的人數不斷在世界各國增加，截至2008年UNAIDS的統計數據顯示，全球感染愛滋病人數達三千三百四十萬人，其中成人約為三千三百萬人，亞洲感染人數約為四百七十萬人。台灣的愛滋病毒感染者也是持續增加中，根據台灣疾病管制局年度的資料顯示至2010年11月30日已累積通報19,899例本國籍個案，其中已發展為愛滋病例者共有7,235例，目前存活人數共計17,018例，感染者之年齡層20-29歲者共有7,600 (38.19%)，30-39歲者共有7,006人(35.21%)；其中因性行為感染的總人數佔了65.77%，經由注射藥癮者佔32.37%。感染者人數持續不斷的增加中，而且仍是以性行為為最主要的傳染途徑。鑒於此，發展有效之衛教諮詢與行為介入模式，藉以降低性行為傳播性病與愛滋病毒為當前最重要的愛滋病毒感染防治中重要的一環。我們將在愛滋病毒染照護的指定醫院門診、確認為愛滋病毒感染者為收案對象，以問卷及實驗室檢驗報告為基礎資料，調查感染者的行為模式，包含：性行為模式、保險套使用、違禁藥品的使用程度、性伴侶的接觸、活動廠所、接觸者追蹤、性病調查等。於每次門診追蹤時，經由愛滋病個案管理師、醫師、護理人員給予愛滋病毒感染者評估後，採用單張、網路資訊、錄音或錄影碟衛教工具，並以面對面、一對一方式執行介入性措施，包含：降低危險性行為、醫療順從性等諮詢衛教。最後以自我報告的問卷填寫行為調查內容、實驗室檢驗報告來確認有效之衛教諮詢與行為介入模式的成果。<br> Abstract: HIV infection is still a serious public problem. The prevalence rates of HIV infection has increased all over the world. By 2008, the number of HIV-infected patient increased up to 33,400,000 worldwide and there were 33,000,000 adult patients among them. In Taiwan, according to the data from CDC, there have been 19,899 patients reported to have HIV infection by the day on Nov. 30th, 2010. 7,235 patients developed AIDS. Among the HIV-infected patients, 65.8% patients were infected through sexual transmission. Sexual transmission was still the major route of acquisition. Therefore, to develop an effective model of health education and counseling to reduce the rate of transmission is essential. In this study, we would recruit HIV-infected patients in the clinic to investigate the behavioral factors including sexual orientation, condom use, illicit drug use, number of sexual partners, frequency of sexual contact, tracing sexual contact, partners with sexually transmitted disease. The interventions includes counseling one by one and face to face, providing hand books, multimedia and information from the internet about safe sex and adherence to medical visits.
