2012-03-212024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657418摘要：食品安全乃攸關國人健康之重要議題，而風險評估旨在提供現代化食品安全管理之科學實證基礎，可健全食品安全管理及法規之發展。由於國內目前尚無風險評估專責機構，且缺乏充分參與國際組織的經驗，故本計畫之目的在於建構食品安全風險評估之能量，並提升國際接軌能力，以培養相關領域之專門人才。故本計畫擬引進國際組織或先進國家具有成效之培訓計畫，邀請國外專家交流訪問，並廣徵產、官、學、研等各界專家之卓見，共同建構適合我國環境的食品安全風險分析訓練體系。 本中心近年來致力於發展食品安全相關事務，去 (100) 年並與台灣食品GMP發展協會，共同協助食品藥物管理局舉辦「2011台美食品安全管理研討會」 (2011 TW-US Food Safety Management Symposium)，與會者除中國醫藥大學謝顯堂教授、台灣大學孫璐西教授等專家外，並有美國食品藥物管理局 (US FDA)、美國農業部 (USDA)，及學術研究單位等國外專家共10人，來台交流訪問，針對食品安全管理之議題進行國際交流。此外，本中心與國際食品保護協會 (IAFP) 聯繫密切，並積極協助台灣食品保護協會 (TAFP) 及國家食品安全教育中心 (NFSERC) 之成立，對於食品安全風險評估人才培訓所需之國內外師資已可充分掌握；而培訓制度之建立，本中心將與台灣食品GMP發展協會共同合作，使軟、硬體各方面趨於完善。本計畫之實施方法如下： 1.透過國際風險分析培訓機構進行雙邊交流，汲取國外經驗以規畫培訓計畫。 2.邀請國外相關領域專家交流訪問。 3.針對風險評估相關業務承辦人員及計畫執行單位，舉辦風險評估訓練班。 4.針對建構食品安全風險分析訓練體系，邀集國內或國外專家學者，舉辦研討會。 5.針對培訓經驗之檢討及培訓機制建置之建議，撰寫研究報告。<br> Abstract: Food safety is a public health priority. Food safety programs are increasingly focusing on a farm-to-table approach as an effective means of reducing foodborne hazards. Risk assessment for food safety is a holistic approach to the control of food-related risks involves consideration of every step in the chain, from raw material to food consumption. Since there is no institute responsible for risk assessment in Taiwan, it is important for our government to communicate with that in an advanced country. The objective of this project is to cooperate with an outstanding foreign institute for conducting a training program of risk assessment for food safety.
