2021-06-042024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/670103"110年推動計畫及績效指標執行目標 一、課程精進 為連結教學、研究與實作,充分發揮學生研究能量,本校推動各學系設立榮譽學士學程,期使具研究潛能之學士班學生提早參與研究。另請各學系檢視現有課程地圖,劃分學系領域專長,透過重整及深碗化課程,融入探究式學習 (Inquiry-based Learning) 之教學方法,培養學生發現、探索和解決問題的能力,強化理論與實務的連結,深化學習成效,進一步解決實際社會問題。請就110年度執行計畫及預定達成目標依下列分項撰寫。 (一)推動目標 因應老人化社會與國人健康意識提高的需求,物理治療師於重症照顧與社區居家服務的角色日重,本系於大學部物理治療師養成教育課程需強化相關之教學、研究與實作,於105學年度設立六年制學士班,109學年度起大學部入學新生均為六年制,學生總數增加二班,每班約40名,己於109年10月通過醫學院研究空間管理小組第一次會議,將新增設第二實習教室,以提供教學空間之使用。並因應四六年制並行及全六年制課程規劃之改變,11月份重新檢視課程地圖,依本系骨科、神經、呼吸循環及小兒物理治療等專長領域,以功能性取向,儘量以課程特性安排教室。原第一實習教室以骨科、呼吸循環物理治療實作課程為主;四樓第二實習教室以神經、小兒物理治療實作課程為主,且設置模擬病房環境,教具教材深度及數量多有需求,臨床實習學生學習內容與目標也將更深入與多元化。 同時,為使本系見實習學生之臨床教師能更了解六年制學生的學習內容,適切指導學生見實習,本系預計於110年9月至12月中的提供一個週六開辦物理治療六年學制臨床教師增能每次3小時的課程。 再而,本系為紮實六年制學生解剖課程以及臨床鑑別診斷等能力,請國際專家學者、國內業界專家及研究生助教協助授課及實作,以深化未來六年制學生解剖基礎的知能以及臨床鑑別診斷能力。 (二)執行策略與架構 1.新設第二實習教室 1.1數位化教學-雙投影螢幕、投影機、音響、數位講桌、4K電視、同步投影攝影機等,以建構數位教學的學習環境 1.2教學與實作結合 1.2.1教學用升降床-因病患多為年紀大的長者,教學需以臨床上常用的大床面(100公分以上寬度)且可升降12張治療床建構第二實習教室 1.2.2模擬病房情境-含移動式氣體面板病床,具感控功能之水槽、病人護理模型、氣管插管安妮模型,教學上並延請模擬病人示範情狀,使學生更清楚大五在教學醫院的基礎實習所面臨床各種可能。 1.2.3符合神經、小兒物理治療教學使用教具,強化教學與臨床實作結合,教具教材深度及數量多有需求,臨床實習學生學習內容與目標也將更深入、多元。 2.臨床教師增能課程 為使本系見實習學生之臨床教師能更了解六年制學生課程,適切指導學生見實習,本系預計110年9月至12月中提供一個週六開辦物理治療六年學制臨床教師增能3小時的課程。 3.解剖與臨床鑑別診斷、皮膚系統等課程 本系為紮實六年制學生解剖課程以及臨床鑑別診斷能力,並應用物理治療技術於臨床常見之皮膚系統的傷害、疾病、失能或老化等狀況,請國際專家學者、國內業界專家及研究生助教協助授課及實作,以深化未來六年制學生的能力。" "Higher education sprout program in school of physical therapy Since 2020, all freshmen of doctor of physical therapy (DPT) degree enrolled are students with six-year program. In response to the DPT courses, the depth and quantity of teaching aids and materials will be refined. The goals and objectives of clinical practice will also be more in-depth and diversified. This higher education sprout program included items as follows: 1.Establishing the second practice classroom In order to provide sufficient teaching space for the parallel period of the four-year and six-year programs, available teaching space will be reconstructed for the need of teaching courses during the transition period. it is included with the following equipment. 1.1 Digital teaching-dual projection screens, projectors, speakers, digital desks, 4K TVs, synchronized projection cameras, etc., to construct a learning environment for digital teaching 1.2 Combination of teaching and practice for the purpose of teaching the treatment skill for the elderly, 1.2.1 The beds that could change the height are needed. The patients are mostly elderly, the teaching needs to use the clinically commonly used large bed (above 100 cm width) and 12 treatment beds can be changed the height. These beds are the main equipment for the second practice classroom 1.2.2 The simulated ward is constructed in the practice room. The simulated ward is equipped with mobile gas panel, hospital bed, sink with sensory control function, patient care model, tracheal intubation, Anne model, and also invite simulated patients to demonstrate the situation in teaching, so that students can understand the situation during inter-ship in the teaching hospital, where various clinical possibilities and situation is encountered.. 1.2.3 Our second practice room is equipped with teaching aids in neurological and pediatric physical therapy. These equipment and simulated condition could strengthen and integrating our teaching, and prepare our students to clinical practice. Thought the environmental reform, the depth and quantity of teaching, and teaching materials are enhanced. The design of our learning content and objectives will also be more in-depth and diversified. 2. Enhancing courses for clinical teachers In order to empower the clinical teachers of the program to be integrated in our six-year degree courses and to guide our students in the internship, training courses will be provided to empower the ability of our clinical teachers. 3. Inviting expertise to teach the courses of anatomy and clinical differential diagnosis, skin system, etc. We provide hand –on anatomy dissection course in our six-year program to establish a solid foundation for future application. We teach clinical differential diagnosis ability, and apply physical therapy techniques to common injuries of skin system, prevention for diseases, and disability or aging. International experts and scholars, experts in domestic industry and graduate assistants are invited to assist in teaching.
