2011-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661197摘要:本計畫將針對現行法規規定之「應實施隔離檢疫植物種類」完成評估工作,增修訂新年度的「輸入植物隔離檢疫項目」,依據病蟲害種類建立準確及靈敏病蟲害檢測技術,以落實正確檢疫制度以及釐訂合理隔離期。並針對不同的隔離檢疫植物種類,分別去研發高效率的整合式檢測方法與流程,以最經濟的人力、物力與時間達成有效的檢疫把關任務。 <br> Abstract: This project is dedicated to assess plant species for post entry quarantine and the pest species necessary to be detected during the post entry quarantine periods. Various sensitively and accurately diagnostic methods will be developed for the quarantine procedure for each crop item. A standard operating procedure will be established for the quarantine of imported plants and plant materials. For more efficient quarantine procedure, another goal of this project will further develop an integrated and simplified protocol of detection for the entry plants.
