2008-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663421摘要:研發出茄科重要病毒診斷鑑定晶片,並將研究成果轉移給國內防疫與檢疫單位使用。本計畫今年將執行下列重要工作:(1)分析茄科重要病毒診斷鑑定晶片之檢測靈敏度。(2)從田間採集茄科作物樣品,實際比較病毒診斷鑑定晶片和ELISA之檢測效果。(3)從人為接種的茄科作物種子,實際測試病毒診斷鑑定晶片之檢測效果。(4)將茄科重要病毒診斷鑑定晶片保存在不同環境下,定時取出測試,以了解其最適保存條件。<br> Abstract: In order to develop an identification biochip for important solanaceous plant viruses and provide the chip to the authorities of plant inspection and quarantine, the following works will be executed this year. (1) Analyze the detection sensitivity of solanaceous plant virus identification chip. (2) Compare the detection efficiency of solanaceous plant virus identification chip and ELISA by field samples. (3) Detect seedborne viruses in artificially inoculated seeds with the solanaceous plant virus identification chip.
