2016-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/709335摘要：申請人乃「中國管理研究國際學會」（International Association for Chinese Management Research）創始會員之一，並於學會的正式刊物《Management and Organization Review》（組織管理研究）創刊之時，即為編輯委員會（editorial board）的成員。在每兩年舉辦的學會年會上，也固定擔任論壇組織委員會的代表委員，協助推動各項會議相關事務的舉行。有鑑於申請人長年耕耘所累積的專業學識，學會創會理事長與《組織管理研究》主編邀請續任編輯職務，並由顧問主編（即副主編）轉任資深主編，每年負責10 篇的論文審查與編輯工作。除了資深主編職務外，每年也定期參加期刊編輯會議，討論年度重要事項與擬定未來方針，並出席國際學術會議，分享組織與管理研究的重要知識產出。此外，為了擴大影響效益，協助出版學會叢書與重要特刊中文版，也是重點工作之一。相信這二年的付出與貢獻，應有助於提昇台灣對國際組織與管理學術社群的影響力。除此之外，申請人亦主持一項由台灣主導的大型跨國研究計畫，參與國家與地區有27 國，這對提昇台灣的國際學術影響力亦有極大幫助。<br> Abstract: I am one of the founding members of “International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR)”, and also an editorial board member of “Management and Organization Review (MOR)” on 2005. Furthermore, I am one of IACMR biennial conference committees and assists conference administrative matters promotion. Considering the professional experience and ability, IACMR founding president and editor-in-chief of MOR invited me to serve as a senior editor for two years handling ten papers a year. I will participate in the MOR editor meeting discussing yearly items and some important issues, and attend international management conference sharing organization and management knowledge and productions. Additionally, publish Chinese version of IACMR serial books and MOR special issue is a major task as well. The three years contribution will help to enhance Taiwan’s influence on international community of organization and management. Moreover, I organize a cross-cultural research project. There are about twenty-seven nations or regions participate in this project of paternalistic leadership: universal or specific (PLUS).
