2012-06-292024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657381摘要：由於消費者健康意識抬頭，疾病相關生理數值為正常值邊緣之族群（以下代稱高風險族群），以及國人十大死因之疾病患者 (或稱特定族群) 以食用健康食品來達到使特定生理數值維持在正常值，減少疾病危害風險之促進健康目的，或疾病患者以食用健康食品輔助藥物，減少疾病危害風險，或減少藥物使用量而降低藥物對身體產生的負擔等疾病控制之輔助疾病治療等日常保健目的之比例日益增加。本計畫針對特定族群使用疾病治療藥物與食用健康食品等，以各種藥物與各種健康食品或保健功效成份之研究進行文獻搜尋與統整，將上述統整之文獻資料整合食品藥物管理局現有的健康食品相資訊，製作成網頁。並將舉辦專家研討會議，就本計畫統整之資料與資訊系統平台進行討論與提供建議，以期對於特定族群選擇健康食品達到促進健康與輔助疾病治療之目的有所助益，並就健康食品管理政策提出具體建議。 本計畫預定執行下列研究工作： 1. 由國人十大死因之疾病中選擇至少3項疾病相關之特定族群作為研究對象。 (1) 依據過去研究資料，瞭解上述特定族群較常服用之藥物，以及較常食用之健康食品或保健食品。 (2) 針對上述食品含有之保健功效成分，以及服用之藥物，對於所產生「健康促進」與「輔助疾病治療」之效果等，蒐集相關參考文獻，每種族群至少50篇。 2. 將上述統整之文獻資料整合食品藥物管理局現有的健康食品相資訊，製作成網頁。 3. 將本計畫所蒐集之文獻加以分析，對健康食品管理政策制定提出具體建議。 4. 舉辦研究成果報告研討會1場。 5. 由執行本計畫成果設計至少一款文宣品。<br> Abstract: There are195 health food products have been licensed in Taiwan until December 2011 according to Department of Health, Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (Taiwan). People with physiological value near limitation use health food to keep their physiological value within normal limitation and improve health. And many patients of top ten leading causes of death choose health food to assist drug therapy, like mitigating the risks of diseases, lowering the amount of drugs used, and . This project aimed to search published reports about the uses of health food or the functional components of health food with or without drug therapy and summthese people use health food or the fu In this one-year project, we would like to carry out the following studies: 1. Three of the top ten leading causes of death will be selected as study subjects. (1) Search published database to find out the frequently used drugs, health foods, and functional foods. (2) The health improvement and assist drug therapy effects of the above mentioned foods in combination with or used with therapeutic drugs will be searched and organized (for each cause of death at least 50 reports). 2. Establish a website. The results of this project and health food related information from TFDA will be. included. 3. Arrange and analyze the searched reports and articles.
