It consists of a voltage control current source (VCCS), an LC resonator and a comparator and is named a switch-resonator BPSK modulator. This type of modulator is simpler than the traditional architectures. The experimental results are also reported; the bit rate and carrier frequency are 2.5Mbit/s and 5MHz, respectively.application/pdfapplication/pdfModulators; Phase shift keying; Voltage control[SDGs]SDG7Carrier communication; Natural frequencies; Phase comparators; Phase shift keying; Resonators; Voltage control; Binary phase shift keying (BPSK) modulators; Voltage control current source (VCCS); ModulatorsBPSK modulator using VCCS and resonator without carrier signal and balance modulatorjournal article10.1049/el:199708852-s2.0-3342977202
