2018-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/696504摘要:臺灣罹癌症的五年存活率上升、存活期延長,癌症患者的性健康應受到重視。大多數婦癌患者,生殖器官或性器官被切除或化學治療後,可能對其身體意象及性生活造成衝擊。文獻雖有健康婦女身體意象影響性生活的論述,但國內外有關婦癌性生活與身體意象的深入描述,以及兩者之間的相關研究仍然欠缺。本計畫為二年期二階段的研究,第一階段採質性研究法,主要目的是深入描述及解釋婦癌婦女接受治療後的身體意象、性生活及其相關經驗。以立意取樣方式於北部一所醫學中心的婦科門診,運用低結構深度訪談,預計訪談30位婦癌婦女。第二階段,採橫斷面、量性研究設計,主要研究目的有:1.檢視及比較婦癌婦女接受治療後3個月及6個月的性功能及身體意象;2.確認婦癌婦女性功能接受治療後6個月與身體意象的關係性及其影響因子; 3.測試及驗證台灣版女性生殖器官自我心像量表。第二階段於北部一所醫學中心門診,針對婦癌婦女進行問卷填答,問卷包括個人基本資料表、女性性功能量表(Female Sexual Function Index, FSFI)、身體心像量表(Body Image Scale, BIS)、女性生殖器官自我心像量表(Female Genital Self-Image Scale, FGSIS)及憂鬱量表(Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, CES-D),預計收案180位婦癌婦女。第一階段研究結果有助於健康照護人員,了解婦癌婦女對身體變化的知覺反應及性生活經驗的面貌及獨特性,使專業人員能以更開闊的視野面對婦癌婦女的性生活,同時了解婦女可能遭遇的困擾,提供婦女適當與個別性關懷照護。第二階段研究結果可以建構婦癌婦女性功能的理論概念,有助於健康專業人員提供適切的訊息及措施,以提升婦癌婦女的性健康及生活品質,豐富整體照護品質。<br> Abstract: The number of cancer survivors has been raised in Taiwan. Sexual health among gynecological cancer survivors should be concerned. Changes on sexuality and body image for most women who have undergone gynecological cancer therapy may have impact on their quality of life. There are fewer reports about what the perception about body and sexuality in women who have undergone gynecological cancer therapy is and how about their sexual lives are? This study includes two projects with two years. The specific aim one will be carried out in the first project and the goals are to investigate the women’s perception of body and sexuality, and to explore the sexual life experiences among women after therapy for gynecological cancer. The purposive sampling will be recruited at Department of Gynecology from medical centers in northern Taiwan. Measurements will use low-structure depth interviews on 30 women who have undergone gynecological cancer therapy. The specific aim will be carried out in the second project. The goals are (1) to examine and compare the sexual function and body image in women after therapy 3 and 6 months for gynecological cancer; (2) to identify whether body image affects women’s sexual function, and to examine the predictors affecting on sexual function in women who have undergone gynecological cancer therapy; and (3) to test and verify the Taiwan version of Female Genital Self-Image Scale. Sexual function and body image will be measured using the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), Body Image Scale (BIS), Female Genital Self-Image Scale (FGSIS) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) during 3 and 6 months after therapy. A total of 180 women will be recruited from medical centers in northern Taiwan.The result of the first study will assist health care providers understanding the specific experiences of sexual life and body image among gynecological cancer survivors in Taiwan. We expect health care providers have a broad view and specific information about sexual life in women with gynecological cancer. The result of the second study will assist health care providers identify related factors and predictors in women with gynecological cancer.
