2012-02-232024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661257摘要：本計畫目的在於研析先進國家動物和我國人用藥品之檢驗登記規範，針對我國動物動物用藥品檢驗登記之審查標準，研提建議草案。籌組成立動物用藥品專家委員會，包含動物用藥品專家和法學資深顧問，執行建議草案整體法規結構與法條內容之法制研析，提出共識版本供主管當局參考。本計畫終極目標為健全國內管理動物用藥品檢驗登記的相關規範，促使國內法規的完備以及與國際接軌。 <br> Abstract: The objective of this project is to study and compare domestic and international regulations for the registration of veterinary drugs. A draft of regulatory guidance for the requirements of the registration of veterinary drugs will be proposed. Regulatory study on the legal compliance of the draft will be completed by an expert committee comprised of scientists and lawyers major in veterinary drug-related fields. The expert committee will discuss and review the proposed draft guidance. The draft will be submitted to the authority upon condition that the committee reaches consensus.
