2007-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/712928摘要:電子可靠度泛指與電子產品有關的可靠度問題,因其重要,IEEE有 Transactions on Device and Materials Reliability、Transactions on Reliability等期刊發行,後者的主編還是早期清大核工系畢業的郭位院士;而Elsevier Science 也有Microelectronics and Reliability之學術期刊發行;中國大陸方面,其電子信息科學專輯也有一本電子產品可靠性與環境試驗(Electronic Product Reliability and Environmental Testing)的期刊發行。除了電路、材料之外,許多如封裝、散熱、降噪、減振、減少應力集中、耐久性、壽命等與電子可靠度相關的問題是屬於機械工程的研究範疇,包括電子構裝的可靠度問題,然而目前機械工程研究人員所採用的研究方法幾乎偏重於力學分析與材料性質探討,較少引用可靠度工程所介紹系統化的分析方法與工具來探討電子可靠度的相關問題,本計畫即著眼於此,擬結合力學分析與可靠度工程相關分析方法,來探討電子可靠度的一些問題。本計畫預計分三年執行,其中第一年將以大家較為熟悉的電子構裝體承受衝擊或隨機負載之力學分析開始,並將適度引入環境測試、品保、壽命與可靠度工程相關的知識與作法於力學分析中,希望獲得有別於他人的一些結果,並相互比對驗證;第二年則將以第一年的研究為基礎,鎖定近年來相當熱門的車用電子可靠度問題為探討範疇,透過系統化的篩選,指出如Micro Gyro等元件為主要的分析對象,進行力學與環測、可靠度等相關研究;第三年則再以前兩年的研究為基礎,鎖定衛星用電子產品為探討對象,篩選適合於機械工程的研究對象,並探討其環測、品保、力學行為、壽命與可靠度等相關議題。<br> Abstract: Electronics reliability is an important research topic. In addition to those related to circuits and materials, there are problems such as electronic packaging reliability, heat removal, vibration and noise reduction, stress-concentration avoidance, durability, components life test, etc. all fall in the research contents of mechanical engineering. However, most researchers tend to employ mechanics analyses and/or mechanical tests in their researches. Only a few researchers have combined mechanics analysis with those systematical methods introduced in a typical reliability engineering textbook in their analyses. The purpose of the proposed research is to incorporate reliability engineering into mechanical or mechanics analysis of electronic systems and/or components. To begin with the research, an electronic package subject to drop impulse and/or random excitation will be studied following the routine analytical procedures employed by most researchers. Reliability engineering techniques will be incorporated into the analysis to obtain a randomly distributed life which, in turn, is related to the quantitative reliability of the package. In the second phase of the study, electronic systems or components used or will be installed in vehicles will be studied from a similar point of view. The electronic systems and/or components to be studied can be identified through reliability techniques. After that, both mechanics analysis and reliability analysis will be performed. In the final phase of the study, those electronic systems and/or components used in satellites will be identified and analyzed following similar procedures as above. Special emphases will be put on whether the components satisfy their required test specifications under various environmental conditions.
