2009-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/699804摘要：本研究以曾進行國內與國際交易的台灣廠商為研究對象，探討下列兩項議題：(1) 交易的特質、交易契約的內容與設計、以及交易績效間的關係；以及(2)比較契約與社 會機制在組織間交易治理中的使用程度及相對效力。我們首先整理相關理論文獻與法 律界和產業界專家意見，發展本研究之觀念架構和研究假說。其次，再以電子業和稻 米業的組織間交易為研究對象，進行質性研究。最後再進行跨產業的問卷調查，蒐集 資料後進行統計分析，驗證本研究所提出的假說。<br> Abstract: This research intends to study first the alignment between the inter-firm contract design and the transaction attributes, and its impacts on transaction performance; and, second, the comparative governance efficacy of legal contracts and relational norms in governing inter-organizational exchanges. Following the literature review and field studies, the research framework and research hypotheses will be developed. We then use Taiwanese firms engaging in domestic and international transactions as sample for questionnaire survey to collect data and to test the hypotheses. It is hoped that the findings of this research can enrich the literature.
