2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678702摘要:本計畫將進行成鼬獾及白鼻心進行無線電追蹤以了解其活動範圍及移動距離。將所有捕捉到的小型食肉目動物施打動物用狂犬病疫苗,並採集血液樣本以檢測狂犬病病原及血中抗體力價。此外,將完成50隻道路致死鼬獾個體之牙齒生長輪分析、年齡判別及鼬獾族群年齡結構的初步分析,並完成鼬獾及其他食肉目動物的餌料取食 率測試,以及評估大安溪南岸鼬獾防疫帶每年所需投與之疫苗數量。<br> Abstract: In this project, we will investigate home range and movement of Formosan ferret-badger and Palm-faced civet. All carnivores captured will be vaccinated and their blood samples will be collected for serology study. In addition, we will use teeth cementum growth layer to estimate the age of road-killed Formosan ferret-badger and analyze its population age sturcture. Finally, we will investigate the oral bait feeding rate of each animal species that compete for baits.
